A short account of how the professional practice is structured and how I handle information you choose to send by email.

1. Site owner

Status: Independent professional (autónomo) registered in Spain.

This site describes professional services and provides a way to contact their owner. It is not an online store: no service can be purchased and no contract is formed automatically through the site.

2. Privacy

When you write by email, I process only the information you choose to send: your name, contact details, company information, and the content of the correspondence.

Purpose: To answer an inquiry about services, discuss potential work, and, if we agree to work together, organize the engagement.
Legal basis: Steps taken at your request before a contract; after agreement, performance of the contract and applicable legal obligations.
Retention: The retention rule and infrastructure-provider list are being confirmed and will be published here.
Your rights: You may request access, correction, or deletion of your data and exercise other applicable rights by writing to this email. You may also contact the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD).

3. Site technology

The current site intentionally uses no advertising trackers, pixels, external widgets, forms, Calendly, reCAPTCHA, or cookie-consent mechanism. Fonts are bundled with the site instead of loaded from an external service. The one external script is Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts page views without cookies and without identifying the visitor, which is why no consent banner is needed.

Actual network requests, cookies, and browser storage are checked separately. If an optional technology is introduced, this notice will be updated before it is enabled.
